We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.

Domestic orders before 11am (Brisbane time)are processed the same business day, excluding weekends and holidays. After 11am, next business day.

Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 1-2 business days of their arrival in stock.

Is it free shipping?

Yes!  All orders within Australia using standard parcel post the shipping is on us. If you want your order as quick as possible you can pay for express post for $10 Australia Wide. International Shipping will be charged depending on location.
How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders placed before 11:00 am will be dispatched the same day, after 11:00 am dispatched the next business day. Standard delivery within Australia depending on location 2-6 business days. Express with Australia 1-3 business days.
How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by Australian Post in Australia otherwise International FedEx, DHL
